If there is a hierarchy in an organization, the levels can be defined here. For eg., if there is an application and the number of levels defined is 3, the application has to be approved by all 3 levels to pass the check. The maximum number of levels that is possible can also be defined here. These levels are then reflected in the Backops portal([Manage Roles](docId:-6ppLzGWYfopis17JLlhm)).
