### Who is it for?

- Backops Auditors (Application Verifiers - All Levels)
  These users are responsible for verifying and processing applications. They work across multiple approval levels but share a common goal of ensuring that applications meet all necessary criteria. Backops supports their need for efficient task management, approval workflows, and data validation.
- Managers (Dashboard & MIS Viewers)
  Managers use Backops to gain insights into overall performance, such as application flow, drop funnels, and risk assessments. They rely on high-level data to make informed decisions and optimize operational efficiency using dashboard views and MIS reports.
