Here we can get a glance at all the applications at once under various buckets(number of Total Applications, Applications Submitted, Accepted, Rejected, Escalated, Redo/Draft, Terminated, Inactivated). The average time taken for end to end application journey can also be monitored. The breakdown of TAT is displayed, viz, Average TAT of applications, End-user journey TAT and Backops journey TAT.
The comparison between end user journey TAT and Backops journey TAT is displayed in the form of a pie chart. The best and worst TAT can also be seen and monitored. Comparison and benchmarking of the TATs to set breach thresholds etc. can also be done. All these metrics can further be drilled down on the flow level.
All these data can be seen and monitored on the selected date range, viz, this week, this month, this quarter, the last 7 days, and the last 15 days.
This section gives us insights into back office user productivity.Β User-level insights can be reviewed into the average time taken by the user to take any action. This data can be seen for the selected flow and the date range. Details like backops user name, decision-making TAT, application assigned, accepted, rejected, escalated, and drafted can be seen. On clicking on 'View More' the best and worst TAT can also be seen along with other details.
This gives insights into a deeper understanding of how various flows are working.Β Various application buckets, viz, The number of Total Applications, Applications Submitted, Accepted, Rejected, Escalated, Redo/Draft, Terminated, and Inactivated in the selected flow can be seen.
The details of the TAT can also be seen: Average Application TAT, Best Application TAT, and Worst Application TAT. Daily application TAT trends and user behavior analysis can also be monitored. We can get insights into browsers and regions as well.
This gives insights into page-level analytics: average TAT and the average time taken by users to fill a page(daily TAT average trend). The average time spent per user on each page would be to understand obstacles faced by users on a particular page. These data can be seen by selecting a particular flow, page, and date range.
