Getting Started
Assisted Sales app is designed to make the life of a sales representative easier by providing a user-friendly, interactive, and efficient platform for managing their leads and onboardings.
A sales representative interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the customer's onboarding process and other relations with the organization. They're responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
There are 3 tabs present at the bottom for easy navigation:
This tab directs the sales rep to the homepage, which displays a comprehensive overview of all prospects assigned to them. It also showcases the number of onboardings completed, facilitates quick action on recently interacted applications or prospects, and allows them to view all applications based on their status.
To initiate the onboarding process, the sales representative can simply click on the Onboard CTA on the bottom tab. This will direct them to a form where they will be asked to enter the name, email address, and phone number of the interested prospect. Additionally, the user must select an appropriate onboarding flow based on the prospect's specific needs.
Finally, the user will need to select the relevant branch for the prospect's intended application. Once all the necessary details are filled in, the user can click the 'New Onboarding" button, and a link will be sent via email. This link will enable the prospect to initiate the required onboarding journey.
Applications tab will direct you to the Application list page, covered in the next section of docs.
