introduction the users can seamlessly leverage aadhar based fingerprint signing using biometric devices with the help of the contract360 app contract360 app the fingerprint signing is seamlessly integrated into the contract360 app environment, providing users with a more streamlined and intuitive experience this allows users to leverage biometric devices, such as fingerprint scanners to authenticate their identity and sign documents directly within contract360 android applications this document aims to provide comprehensive guidance for performing the fingerprint signing with the help of the mantra mfs110 l1 device using the contract360 app with cdsl as the esigning service provider (esp) in the preproduction environment contract signing using contract360 production app the mantra mfs110 l1 device is registered for the production environment by default if the mantra device is not registered for the production environment please drop an email to the servico\@mantratec com mailto\ servico\@mantratec com along with the device serial number requesting to register the device for the production environment prerequisites required below are the prerequisites required to perform the aadhaar based fingerprint signing using the contract360 production app with the help of the mantra mfs110 l1 device 1\ mfs110 l1 rd service app download from the google play store https //play google com/store/search?q=mfs110+rd+service\&c=apps\&hl=en in 2\ mantra biometric device l1 (mfs110 l1) once you have all the above mentioned prerequisites follow the below steps to set up the mantra mfs110 l1 device to perform the signing steps to follow step 1 before connecting the device to the android mobile please ensure in the mobile settings app the “ otg connection ” toggle is turned on step 2 allow all the permissions that appear on the screen step 3 open the mfs110 l1 rd service application allow all the permissions that are prompted on the screen step 4 as soon as you allow the “all draw over other apps permission” the mobile setting app will open look for the mfs110 rd service app and allow permission to display over the app” step 5 while allowing the permission the device will be automatically detected and a confirmation message will appear ” device is ready to use ” step 6 once all the permissions are allowed open the mfs110 rd l1 service app all the statuses of the app will be displayed in green step 7 navigate to the signing link sent to the signer’s email and mobile number (provided while initiating the contract) step 8 once the signing link is clicked the user will automatically navigated to the contract360 app the pre verification page will open, where the user needs to perform verification using a one time otp click on the “get otp” button step 9 the user will receive the otp on their email and mobile number provided during contract initiation step 10 enter the otp received via email or mobile number and click the “ verify ” button step 11 upon successful verification, the user will land on the contract page click on the “ i want to sign ” button to proceed step 12 the cdsl interface will appear please enter the aadhaar number tick the consent box click the “proceed button” to continue step 13 an interface will appear for fingerprinting authentication click the “proceed” button to continue step 14 an acpl interface will appear place your finger firmly on the device step 15 once the fingerprint is captured a validation screen will appear step 16 the user will be automatically redirected to the signed contract where they can see their signature affixed to the contract click on “ done ” to complete the signing process step 17 the user will see the success page and can click on the “great” button or be redirected to the success url set by the contract initiator after 5 seconds step 18 the user will receive a confirmation email with the header “confirmation of signing the document,” containing the signed contract along with the text sms step 19 once all signers have signed the contract, the user will receive another email with the header “your document signing has been finalized successfully,” containing the final signed contract and the audit trail certificate contract signing using contract360 pre production app the mantra mfs110 l1 device is registered for the production environment by open from the list of the apps asking to display over the apps look for the mfs110 rd service click on it and turn on the toggle to allow the app to display over the app step 4 click back and open the mfs110 rd service app click on the three dots at the top right of the screen step 5 the settings page of the mfs110 rd service app will open click 7 times on the “settings” written on the taskbar at the top middle of the screen step 6 an interface will appear on the screen to select the environment step 7 click on the drop down and select “ pp ” from the drop down click the “ ok ” button step 8 a confirmation message will appear on the screen stating the “ environment changed from production to pre production ” step 9 before connecting the device to the android mobile please ensure in the mobile settings app the “ otg connection ” toggle is turned on step 10 connect the device allow all the permissions that appear on the screen step 11 after allowing the permission the device inst process will start and a confirmation message will appear stating that the “ device is ready to use ” step 12 navigate to the signing link sent to the signer’s email and mobile number (provided while initiating the contract) step 13 once the signing link is clicked the user will automatically navigated to the contract360 app the pre verification page will open, where the user needs to perform verification using a one time otp click on the “get otp” button step 14 the user will receive the otp on their email and mobile number provided during contract initiation step 15 enter the otp received via email or mobile number and click the “ verify ” button step 16 upon successful verification, the user will land on the contract page click on the “ i want to sign ” button to proceed step will be automatically redirected to the signed contract where they can see their signature affixed to the contract click on “ done ” to complete the signing process step 22 the user will see the success page and can click on the “great” button or be redirected to the success url set by the contract initiator after 5 seconds step 23 the user will receive a confirmation email with the header “confirmation of signing the document,” containing the signed contract along with the text sms step 24 once all signers have signed the contract, the user will receive another email with the header “your document signing has been finalized successfully,” containing the final signed contract and the audit trail certificate
